My husband and I collected my new Nissan Note a week ago. We were very lucky to go to such a friendly car showroom. When we arrived at the showroom we were greeted by the salesman Andrew who asked as what car we were interested in and we said the Nissan Note so he asked us if we would like to go for a test drive. Andrew mentioned that he owned one and what a lovely car it is to drive. We told Andrew what were looking for and when we need it for. We found Andrew to be very friendly and always have time to help us in person and on the phone. He also always had a smile on his face and even when he was busy he returned our call the same day he is a great asset to your company.

Customer service at its very best. We were both extremely impressed with the professional service we received when purchasing our vehicle. Everyone at the site was polite welcoming and attentive and we really mean everyone even the young lad outside washing display cars, nothing was to much trouble top banana. Thanks to everyone.

As a former Trading Standards professional whose job it was to inspect motor traders I can not fault the professionalism in this branch nor their excellent customer service. I've even been offered a courtesy care to get met to a vital hospital appointment prior to my new vehicle being ready.
