I only have good words about the service I am getting from Bristol Street Motors Northampton. I took my car in for its MOT today and once again the Advisor on the service desk was courteous, friendly and efficient. The salesman who dealt with me last year, saw me at the service desk and he was his usual pleasant self asking how things were with me and if all was ok with my car. Even the guy who rang me a couple of weeks ago to book my car in was super kind and very efficient. 10/10 Made to feel most welcome and valued. Thanks

My car recently broke down and had to be towed to your Bristol Street Nissan in Northampton on a Sunday night/ Monday morning. I contacted the service department first thing in the morning and my car was promptly booked into your workshop to be repaired and was ready by the end of the week. This was a particularly stressful time as I use my car daily commuting to work and back. I was to say a special thank you to the service supervisor who kept regular contact with me regarding the progress of the repair. She is a true professional and a real credit to not only the department but to the company. Thank you!

She was very professional and never pushy which we appreciated. She listened to out requirements and pointed us in the right direction. We feel that she got us a good deal and made things run smoothly, in fact, she appeared to go out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied. We did run into some difficulties relating to finance at one point. This situation was dealt with by another sales executive, who again, was very patient and knowledgeable. Hi my name is Kelly I'm a cake maker in Northampton , I started making cakes for a lady last year. I recently bought a Nissan micra privately and I had issues with the battery going flat and I was not supplied with a radio code , The lady was picking up a cake for her sons birthday and mentioned she worked at Nissan in riverside she said pop it down anytime and she will have a look for me , yesterday I turned up to at the service desk and a nice guy took my keys and I was given a drink and biscuits and took a seat , 30 minutes later they called me over took me to my car which had been cleaned to my surprise and I finally had music it was that easy , I've never ever thought of taking my car to a main dealer after yesterday I must defiantly will be taking my Nissan to Bristol street . I did return later with a cake for the service guys but I wanted to let you know how pleased I am.

I take my juke to Nissan Northampton for service after buying it from Bristol street motors. The service department is allways so good ,they always makes me feel like I'm their only customer and I always leave feeling really looked after . She even remembers my children's names and goes out of her way to talk to them supply them with colouring books etc and if I have to wait for my car at the dealership she supply's me with a half price discount card for the children's play area just around the corner. Even when I've had problems with my car I still manage to walk out happy , we are due to change our juke this year and I will be 100% coming to NIssan Northampton to buy my new car just for the after Care itself Thank you
