The sales exec was a gem. He may look like a teenager but was a delight to be around. He answered my many questions and I felt was honest in every way. I would just comment that, on my first ever visit to the bristol Street Motors Sheffield site i was delighted with the service provided, from the Service Dept staff who took the trouble to answer some questions I had about my car, to having it washed and checked over prior to me picking it back up and the driver who then took me to work elsewhere in Sheffield. I will be having future full servicing done at Sheffield, starting with my 2 year service in a few weeks' time, which is a major one. I have already been offered some dates by the Sheffield team, who pro-actively have offered me a loan car for the day I choose.

I'd like to congratulate you on the service I received yesterday. I was extremely satisfied with the team there. I use my car daily for work and for my car to go in late morning to picking it back up at 5pm is a fantastic service. I know how important customer service is and the team you have at demonstrate what great customer service looks like, they are a credit to your brand!
