All-new SEAT Leon SC makes its global premiere
As the 2013 Geneva Motor Show gets underway, SEAT has been quick to lift the cover off its all-new Leon SC vehicle.
The Spanish manufacturer has been keen to point out that the car in question is a “beautiful new three-door coupe” which marks the second stage of the launch of the new Leon range.
As such, SEAT has promised that, by the end of this year, the family will be made up of a five-door hatchback model, the three-door SC and a ST estate vehicle.
When it comes to focussing solely on the SEAT Leon SC, which will be on display at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show from tomorrow (March 7th) until March 17th, drivers are sure to be intrigued by a whole host of features.
The three-door coupe is being designed with a more steeply raked rear screen than previous Leon models, as well as a much lower roofline.
Keep on admiring the look of the all-new SEAT Leon SC and motorists will also notice that the car’s exterior is styled with broad rear shoulders and pack sharp blisters around its wheel arches.
The fact that the three-door coupe also has the same 380-litre boot capacity as the five-door Leon also demonstrates how extremely practical this car is, while outstanding front and rear headroom capabilities aim to keep both drivers and passengers comfortable throughout even the longest of road trips.
Speaking to an audience at a press conference at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, James Muir, president of SEAT, believed the Leon SC is “designed to be the most beautiful car in its segment”.
On top of this, Mr Muir believes that the design and driving credentials of this particular three-door coupe will have the added benefit of bringing “a new generation of customers to SEAT”.
Drivers in the UK can sample the new SEAT Leon SC for themselves when the car becomes available to order in April.
