Customer service is 'Snow Problem' for Bristol Street Motors

Business throughout the UK has been determined to beat the snow and ice and keep the wheels of commerce turning, none more so than Bristol Street Motors Renault and Dacia Nottingham.

Bristol Street Motors ensured that many of the 462 new ‘18 plate cars were delivered to customers’ doors, to prevent any customer anxiety over skidding or bumping their new car on the slippy roads.

The company is operated by Vertu Motors plc, one of the UK’s leading motor retailers.

Robert Forrester, CEO of Vertu Motors said: “Customer care is extremely important but severe weather conditions have caused the UK to come to a standstill.

“However, despite the conditions, our teams of people across the country literally went the extra mile, battling the snow and ice to ensure customers safely received their new cars on time.

“Buying a new car is a huge financial commitment, and to get it on the day that it comes out is very important to our customers. Our team of sales executives have taken customer service to the next level and have prevented customers from risking a bump to their brand-new cars, by delivering them safely to their doorsteps.”
