The Car Service team at Bristol Street Motors Ford in Birmingham has been rated as one of the best dealerships in the country for customer satisfaction.
The dealership was one of just 14 in the UK to be presented with the 2012 Chairman’s Award for servicing, which is Ford’s most prestigious award for customer satisfaction.
In customer satisfaction surveys the Service department received one of the highest overall Service Satisfaction Net Promoter scores.
The score is generated by the customers of the dealership as Ford continuously carries out extensive research to assess how customers feel about the quality of service they receive from their dealer.
Dealerships that win the award not only meet their customers’ expectations when it comes to having their vehicle serviced, but exceed them, as demonstrated by Ford Birmingham’s Net Promoter score.
Andy Barratt, Sales Director, Ford Britain, presented the award to colleagues at Ford Birmingham.

Bristol Street Motors Ford in Birmingham originated in the early 1900s as a single Ford dealership located on Bristol Street in central Birmingham. Since starting out, the business grew to become one of the largest dealerships in the UK, and was acquired by Vertu Motors PLC after the company formed in 2006.
