A review has heaped praise on the Vauxhall Antara for its "unobtrusive, intelligent four-wheel drive system" and driver comfort.
The AA reports that the model’s four-wheel drive system is intelligent and efficient, allowing it to adapt automatically to a number of different motoring scenarios.
Despite its "humble" off-road abilities, however, the Antara is best suited to family motoring in an urban environment.
Meanwhile, the addition of a new diesel engine boosts economy and reduces CO2 figures for added peace of mind, the article argued.
"Positioned to appeal to families trading up to something with more room and a greater level of versatility, the Antara offers plenty of space, kit and ability," the reviewer concluded.
The website added that although some of the recent changes to the Vauxhall Antara could easily be overlooked, they "greatly improve" the overall appeal of the model.
