Fiat Doblo Cargo recognised at van awards

A Fiat van has taken two accolades at the 2010 Van Fleet World Honours.
The Fiat Doblo Cargo vehicle from the firm's Professional arm has been named Best Light Van and was also recognised for its fuel-saving technology, Fiat's Start&Stop system.
According to Fiat, the model has upheld its predecessor's reputation as a hardy vehicle suitable for professional drivers.
The new model, however, has been made more versatile, comfortable and practical than the former auto.
Editor of Van Fleet World and one of the judges John Kendall said the vehicle is well thought out and enjoyable to drive.
"It is not only a significantly better van than its predecessor but, as already noted, is the first van to offer a stop/start system as standard with 2.0-litre diesel powered models," he commented.
Prices for the vehicle range from £11,195 to £15,945 and it features include electronic front windows, a radio and CD player and a height adjustable steering wheel.
