Fiat Doblo Cargo wins What Van? award
Fiat Professional has won an award from a leading national publication.
The manufacturer's Doblo Cargo van was named Light Van of the Year at the What Van? magazine 2011 awards.
Judges took note of the model's practicality, comfort, stylish design and versatility.
What Van? editor Paul Barker called the van "a worthy winner" and stated that it made "a real impression" when it was released earlier this year.
Gerry Clarke, director at Fiat Professional UK, said the Fiat Doblo Cargo has been a popular choice since it was unveiled.
"It is already International Van of the Year and Fleet Van of the Year, and this latest honour from What Van? makes it a perfect end to the year for the new range," Mr Clarke added.
Start & Stop technology is fitted on all Euro 5 versions of the van, allowing fleet managers to save up to 15 per cent on fuel costs.
The Doblo Cargo was named Best Light Van in the 2010 Van Fleet World Honours in May.
