The Ford Mondeo is "fantastic to drive" due to its comfortable interior and powerful engine, it has been claimed.
According to a review published by Honest John, the newest Mondeo is more comfortable, refined and well equipped than its predecessors, meaning it could be popular among "savvy buyers".
Commenting on its spaciousness, the reviewer noted that the hatchback version of the Ford Mondeo "boasts a huge boot", while the saloon and estate models are also "cavernous".
According to the writer, the Mondeo could be a good option for individuals looking for a genuine alternative to expensive luxury models by BMW and Mercedes.
"The top versions are amazingly well equipped and have a luxury feel inside, while the entry-level models are superb value for money. It even looks good. In fact, there's very little to fault," Honest John noted.
In a review of the model, Top Gear said it is stylish, intelligently designed, enjoyable to drive and affordable.
