We always keep you bang up to date with new models and updates here at Bristol Street Motors... that’s why we attended this week’s event which saw the new Dacia Duster unveiled in front of the leading UK media.
It might be the latest Duster, but some things will never change at Dacia...their outstanding value for money.
The range kicks off at a still unbelievable £13,995.
There are three levels of trim...Essential, Comfort and Prestige. Every Dacia Duster comes with kit such as air conditioning, DAB radio, Bluetooth, powered front windows and roof bars. Move up to Comfort trim and you will add a reversing camera, rear parking sensors, front fog lights, super-stylish alloy wheels, powered and heated exterior mirrors, and a stunning 8-inch colour touchscreen with smartphone replication and 2 USB sockets.
The interior has also been redesigned and there’s new upholstery.
Under the bonnet you can choose from petrol, diesel or Bi-Fuel (gives you a choice of petrol or LPG gas) power plants. The petrol engines are either 1.0 litre 3-cylinder or 1.3 litre 4-cylinder units. The 1.3 litre engine has two power outputs available with the bigger one being mated to a new automatic gearbox.
If you prefer diesel power...not a problem. The Duster is available with a 1.5 litre 4-cylinder engine.
Want to have incredible economy? Go for the Bi-Fuel Duster and you’ll get close to 800 miles from one single fill-up.
Need to cross some soggy ground or want to be prepared for winter weather? Again...not a problem because the Dacia Duster is available with all-wheel drive.
Out on the road, the Duster has always provided that happy blend between motorway cruiser and city runabout. It works perfectly as a commuter shuttle or as a holiday holdall.
