Bought a used car from Bristol Street Motors. I felt at ease instantly, what a lovely guy! I felt comfortable and happy with the whole process. Each step of the way he explained everything in detail. Hand over was very in depth even syncing my phone to the car and showing me how to preset the radio! I would highly recommend him from Bristol Street Motors.

I spoke to the warranty people from and they advised me to take it into a dealership and they would sort the issue. I rang and booked it into Bristol Street Ford in Birmingham and had an appointment for Wednesday. I then had a phone call from a Sales Executive who was dealing personally with me, he advised me he had spoken to the warranty company and they advised it was not covered due to it being a lighting issue. The warranty company then suggested that I speak to where I purchased the car originally to see if they would be able to assist. The bill for the repair was �370 aprox, he spoke to where I purchased the car at length and was able to get them to cover the cost of the repair.

He has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of me having no car, he has kept me updated and always called me to keep me in the loop with what was going on. I normally get myself stressed when I am without a car, but his regular updates kept me calm and well informed. He has opened my eyes and made me have a really positive action in dealing with Ford, and this dealership in particular, so much that I have a 3 year service plan and I will be booking it in at this dealership with them, due to his superb customer service.

I have already recommended this dealership to family and friends.

Thank you for helping my wife by sorting out her tyre and checking the steering as so on - very impressive considering her car is not a Ford and most importantly quickly to allow her to collect our 3 year old grandchild from nursery. Their prompt action was very much appreciated. You did a great job and it deserves to be recognised.

This is a note to say how pleased and grateful I have been for the way in which I have been looked after me over the years and particularly in recent days.
Despite the fact that I only visit maybe once or twice a year, I am always greeted by name upon entering the showroom and personally.
My latest visit was for an MOT and last weekend I dented my car on a supermarket trolley I was put in touch with an excellent body shop and the issue was sorted out in time before the cars MOT.
Again a big thank you to the staff.

Each step of booking-in via telephone, arriving at reception and was dealt with in a friendly efficient manner it was very reassuring that I was leaving my vehicle in professional hands. Upon collection of my vehicle the service receptionist explained the various items on the invoice to my satisfaction. After being escorted to my vehicle to confirm the presentation of the vehicle the service receptionist ensured my exit from the car park was trouble free.
