I would like to say what outstanding customer service we had from the Sales Executive when we changed our car this month. I have dealt with the same Sales Executive for several years and have always had excellent service - professional, knowledgeable and efficient. On this occasion, our car needs had changed as we now have to carry mobility equipment so accessible seating and space has become very important. they were sensitive and discreet in finding out precisely what we needed, making thoughtful suggestions and demonstrating how the equipment and the people could best be accommodated. We are delighted with our new car which, due to the Executives careful attention, meets our needs and makes motoring more pleasurable.

I had a MOT, I'd like to say thanks to the service advisor in service. Being a pensioner they made sure it was very safe owing to covid 19. Many thanks to the service advisor and staff. Always a pleasure to go to Ford Kings Norton.

Hi, I bought a car from Bristol Street Motors, Kings Norton Branch, just before the current situation escalated and I thought it had an issue last week, which threw me into a total panic because I live on my own and I'm very car dependent for food shopping due to having a long term health condition, which can make things tricky. I really just wanted to say a huge thank you to the King's Norton Service Department who were extremely helpful in really difficult circumstances and answered all my panic stricken emails promptly, clearly and very patiently, bearing in mind that some of my queries were completely dozy when I look at them in a more rational state!
