Brought my car in with lights on the dashboard, took my car in 9 on the morning and was finished by teatime, kept in great contact and the staff at the front were amazing! So friendly and the most amazing staff! Cannot fault a thing and so pleased with result of car! Went out of there way to make a stressful process easier! Thank you so much!!!!!

Excellent Service from the Service Advisor at the Ford Hartlepool dealership. My car was in for a Service/MOT an the car was collected from my Home. The service department rang me when the car failed its MOT, and explained what caused the failure, and the costs to put it right. Explained the alternative payment methods and I managed to secure a discount on the costs of Parts/labour for payment on day. I had a problem with a missing plug from car, which the Service Advisor sorted out. She has done a great job all round. Many Thanks.

Having had my previous Motability vehicle through this dealership, I had no hesitation in using them for my new one. Yet again I received excellent customer service from the sales executive who helped me through the extension of my lease whilst I was being moved from DLA to PIP. Gave great advice on which vehicle to choose. Then oversaw every stage from ordering to delivery of the car, whilst keeping me updated on the status throughout.
