I've just had a couple of tyres changed by Rapid Fit at Birmingham following a puncture and couldn't have been more impressed by the service.� We all know, particularly in this day and age, how important value for money is but the attitude of your Rapid Fit Manager and his team at Birmingham does you credit. It was not only the professional approach but also the �nothing is too much trouble' attitude and all done with a smile (an all too rare occurrence in the UK service industry these days) that impressed me.

I'll certainly be using your services again.

Just a quick note to pay compliment to the 2 guys working in the Service Dept at Ford Birmingham. Both displayed excellent customer management skills and worked tirelessly to fit the 2 run-flat tyres to my car whilst I waited. It is customer service like this that makes my decision a lot easier when deciding where to come the next time I need new tyres.

I would like to express my sincerest thanks to a member of your team who helped me over the weekend with a repair to my car. Both on Saturday and Monday his willingness to help was exemplary and his knowledge about the issue that was causing problems was outstanding. Within an hour he'd identified and rectified the problem.

It is exactly this high level of service that will now make me Service and MOT my Ford C-Max vehicle at your Kings Norton Branch. It's quite rare to leave a garage and feel like you've not been ripped off in some way, so I'm just writing to say how excellent the service was from Bristol St Rapid Fit in Birmingham.
