I just wanted to let someone know what fantastic service I received at your Ford Cheltenham branch. I'd only recently passed my driving test and needed to buy my first car. I was completely clueless as to what was involved in buying a new car, and knew nothing about cars in general. The lady who helped me, was the absolute epitome of kindness. She understood that I was new to vehicles and made everything easy for me to understand. She encouraged me to think about what would be best for me, and when she realised how nervous I was about test-driving a car she drove me to a quieter area so that I felt less daunted while driving the car. I cannot thank her enough for making this a much smoother process for me. I genuinely feel like I've made the right decision with the car I have chosen - I love it! Somebody please get her a medal, she's amazing.

I would just like to say thank-you so much to Business Manager, who helped my son, find a car that he not only he loved but also suited his financial needs. He was extremely patient and listened to our concerns, going out of his way to ensure he found the perfect car for my son. He took time to explain the financial details carefully and went through the paperwork thoroughly to ensure that we were content with the deal. I felt he genuinely cared that our concerns were dealt with as soon as possible. His manner was extremely professional but friendly at the same time which gave me much confidence in him. I'd also like to comment on the warm welcome which always greeted us, by Mike but the other members of the Cheltenham team too, when we isited the showroom. Once again, many, many thanks to the team.
