Thank you for your recent letter inviting a response for feedback. The salesman Nicolai who sold me my car was courteous, friendly and, above all, professional at all times.

I outlined what I was looking for and after a short time he returned and said he had found the exact car I was looking for, it was even the right colour. Due to him having taken on board carefully all my �wants' in the car we saved so much time not looking over half a dozen or so �nearly but not quite right' cars. He got the keys, went over the car's spec, and we went for a test drive. It was so simple.

All in all it was a great experience from start to finish and I would definitely use Bristol Street Motors in Cheltenham again.

Bristol Street Cheltenham does nothing but deliver the best experience possible when it comes to buying and maintaining cars. I have been buying cars and having them serviced there since 1996 and I am treated as a special person every time I phone up or enter the Saleroom / garage.
