I am so pleased to have the pleasure of dealing with Ford Dunfermline, a garage that appears to have not lost site of the value of customer service. My car was repaired and handled quickly and efficiently but more commendable the attitude and empathy of the staff makes you feel truly listened to and valued. Macklin Motors is synonymous in Fife for having a high standard however up until recently I had struggled to understand why but after this encounter I now trust and recommend this garage and would have no hesitation using them in the future.
