Having recently taking delivery of a Citroen C1 from the Derby branch and dealing over the telephone. i must say the level of service was exceptional from the first call made to enquire about the vehicle to the actual delivery to Scotland, he was at my door on time as promised and the car was delivered in pristine condition. Having worked in the motor trade now for over 15 years i know how good it is to receive pleasant feedback as too many people are quick to criticize in this area obviously they are trying to see what else they can squeeze out of the dealership and i feel not enough praise is sent where it is needed and this is certainly one of these areas where it is needed Keep up the good work guys and i will be recommending you to anyone that's interested and hopefully be back myself in 18 months

Car was in for MOT at Macklin & can't praise them high enough. First time lve been sent a video clip showing part of the service being carried out & how my car looks underneath. Very helpful idea & worthwhile. Staff are very helpful & polite. Always made to feel welcome. Nothing is too much bother.

i am a motability customer and have been for about 15 years. recently i took delivery of my new Ford Torneo. I can quite honestly say that i have never been so reassured, i was kept up to date and free of unkempt promises. The Sales Team treated me with respect and dignity. Very well done and they are to commended as they are true ambassadors for your company.

Your salesman and your General Manager are a credit to your company. The Manager single handed turned a bad experience in to a positive one, which resulted in me purchasing a car. The Salesman was my point of contact during test drives & came across as genuinely interested. He wasn't pushy and never hurried us. The updates we had whilst the car was away for repair were timely and as expected. I would recommend to any of our friends.

I went in to look at cars Ford one in Darnley and got young chap who was really helpful had a test drive automatic car same day Saturday happy with car and I got great service from all staff I spoke to hence bought car pick it up tomorrow happy bunny...:') also my partner interested in car also with same branch...

I have dealt with them in Glasgow twice with my car their customer service was spot on I even got a video from them with they guy under my car explaining the problem and when my car was booked in I took it in a day late and they dealt with it had it back the same day a few hours later.

Polite, helpful and professional staff. Stuart dealt with our car sale, he was helpful and polite. Highly recommend this branch & have recommended to friends & family.

I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with the service I received from the moment I walked through the door. After weeks of getting nowhere, my problem was solved by the end of the afternoon! My problem was addressed right away, and the staff I dealt with were so helpful and courteous.
