We purchased a ford focus from you this week and just wanted to say what excellent service the sales executive gave us. This was the first time that we met him and it felt like we had known him for years. He made us feel at ease and answered all our hundreds of questions as we have never brought such a new car before. His knowledge of the car and all it's features was outstanding he knew everything in detail. When we picked the car up yet again he was amazing professional, friendly and always had a smile. I wanted to make you aware about the outstanding services provided by the sales executives at Bristol Street Motors Gloucester Ford. I bought my first car on Monday in your 0% 5year deal. From the moment I entered the building, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The sales exec was very polite and helpful and spent time explaining things to me and showing me different cars. I felt I could trust him to find the right car because he asked so many questions about me and my family and what I needed from the car. From start to finish he was so helpful and efficient. he explained things clearly and his colleague was also very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and I went in Monday to just look at the car and Tuesday I was driving the car home. It was so quick and we are so happy with the car - it's perfect for my family. I would like to leave positive feedback for the sales executive. Whilst looking for a suitable car I visited the Bristol Street Motors Gloucester site several times refusing all offers of help. When I approached the sales executive he was so incredibly patient and helpful and did not try to pressurise me in any way. He was happy to spend a great deal of time explaining features, fuel economy etc allowing me to make an I'll informed choice in my own time but answering my numerous questions without making me feel rushed. An absolute professional and the reason I chose a Ford rather than the Micra that I had previously test driven. He made the whole process so easy and was even kind to my rather surly teenager. I have recommended the Bristol Street Motors Gloucester branch to everyone I know and will continue to do so.
