I would like to give outstanding feedback for the way we was dealt with today by the sales person at bristol Street Motors Gloucester Ford regarding the above car, I would like to say even though we decided the car was not for me in the end the sales person when out of his way to help us and have a test drive the car ,we did't feel pressured or obligated to buy the car in anyway so i would like to rate the service we received as being outstanding by this person.

Today I picked up my used Ford Galaxy from Bristol Street Motors in Gloucester, to say the customer service was outstanding would be an understatement. I would like to say how helpful and approachable the staff were in the used car sales department at Bristol Street Motors Ford Gloucester. Jamie, in particular. We found him approachable, not pushy, and informative. We purchased a car and returned shortly after to purchase another.

The process was extremely smooth and the service excellent. I am not someone who enjoys the process of buying a car especially when you have to part with an old Ford that had been very kind to me for over 10 years. I do have piece of mind if I do encounter any problems as I know any issues would be dealt with promptly and competently.

This is the first time we have used Bristol Street Motors Ford in Gloucester and we were very impressed. Nothing was too much trouble, it was a very wet windy day but the Salesman Jamie didn't mind standing out in the rain answering all our questions. Excellent service, we will definitely return when we want to change in the future.
