Despite being nervous about replacing my car I was immediately able to relax by the warm atmosphere I was greeted with. Jamie found me exactly what I wanted and the car is fantastic. Optional extras were offered but not forced upon me. John arranged finance for me and also treated me with the utmost respect and a friendly manner.
