I have a Ford Galaxy which I purchased a year ago from your company and have been thoroughly delighted with the vehicle. I live abroad but travel frequently between my homes in Worcester and France.

I explained to Sarah, the Service Supervisor and she assured me that the vehicle would be looked at by the master technician Steve as soon as he arrived.

When I went down to collect my car the valeting team had done an extraordinary job.
I thanked all concerned profusely and am delighted with the exceptional level of customer care provided. I normally have my car serviced locally or in France, but will certainly plan to have the next service done in Worcester.
