New iPad app launched for Fiat 500 fans

Fans of the Fiat 500 will find purchasing one of the iconic cars a more pleasurable experience following the launch of a new iPad app.

Free applications are now being accepted for the app, which can be downloaded from iTunes and will offer prospective customers a new touch-based experience showcasing the 2012 model.

To give fans an idea of how creative they can get with the famous 500, the app will feature galleries from four emerging talents in the art world including a graffiti artist, a 17-year-old professional photographer, a painter-sculptor and an illustrator.

Laura Soave, head of Fiat brand in North America, said: "The Fiat brand is dedicated to providing customers a unique, personalised brand experience and the Fiat Source application is a modern way to do just that.

"The Fiat Source app is another example of how we are better connecting with our Fiat 500 owners and fans, responding to their needs and interests and growing our relationship with them."
