Peugeot lauds benefits of 3008 and 3008 HYbrid4

With the crossover market becoming increasingly competitive, especially after Nissan suggested the new Qashqai would be the next game-changing model, Peugeot has moved to talk-up its latest 3008 and 3008 HYbrid4 offerings.

The manufacturer said the 3008 Crossover has turned the traditional industry segments on their heads, and utilises the best features of the SUV, hatchback and MPV.

After undergoing a huge restyling, the 3008 now features even more equipment for drivers to get their hands on.

The model was first unveiled to the public at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show and the versatile model will soon be available for orders.

Previous versions of the car have already proved popular, with the 2009 edition making worldwide sales of 500,000. Now customers will be given a new and improved model to get excited about.

The HYbrid4 version also helps to keep environmental damage to a minimum, emitting just 88 grams of CO2 per kilometre on a combined drive cycle. Furthermore, it is also possible to switch the model to Zero Emissions Mode.
