Time for the Fiat 500 Trekking

The latest new Fiat 500L derivative, the Trekking, has just gone on sale, and meets the desires of those that like to ride a bit higher in a chunkier Fiat 500. Prices start at £17,095 for the 1.4-litre 500L Trekking.

The new Trekking is now your top of the range 500L and features a good haul of standard kit, from 17-inch alloy wheels with mud and snow tyres, a clever traction control system, taller suspension, and privacy glass. City Brake Control is included too; enhancing safety credentials.

This is the longer Fiat 500, the 500L, and its already chunky looks are further improved by the suspension being raised by 13mm, as well as 500L Trekking specific front and rear bumpers, side skirts, air intakes and skid-plates.

Also crucial to the Trekking’s more off-road readiness are its mud and snow tyres that bite harder into mud, snow and ice and enable drivers to run the same tyres throughout the year.

Trekking treats inside include a new high-tech fabric seat upholstery with eco-leather inserts, with new customers taking the choice between two combinations - magnesio grey fabric with brown leather inserts, or black fabric with white inserts.

The new Fiat 500L Trekking range starts at £17,095 for the 1.4 petrol, up to £19,590 for the 1.6 MultiJet diesel, and is available to order now.
