You've just sold me a car and if you carry on doing things the way you do then I can't see any reason why you won't be selling me every car I buy from now on. It starts with your service department. The outstanding customer service they gave led me to believe that it might be worth looking at your used car department for my replacement Fiesta. I'm glad I did. Your salesman, worked out very quickly just what I wanted and gave me exactly that without any unnecessary hassle. I'm a driving instructor and needed extra work doing to the car (dual controls) before I could take delivery and so it took more than a week before I could finally drive the car away. None of that was a problem for them and I find it hard to believe that many other car dealers would be as accommodating as Bristol Street. Excellent customer service generates goodwill and generally means repeat business. You've started by servicing my previous car (which was bought elsewhere) and it's led to you selling me my current car. Don't change your style and you'll be selling me all my future cars.

Every time I visit this branch I receive excellent customer service! The staff seem to really take pride in their jobs! Have now dealt with the advisor in service on two occasions and she is absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, informative, efficient and professional! I am so impressed with this branch that my husband has also started using them and we've just bought our Son a used Fiesta and will be using Bristol St Ford for all his services etc.. Too! I would just like to say how fantastic your customer sales representatives are in particular a lady who dealt with us. Both me and my fianc�e have bought cars from your Bolton showroom and she has dealt with us both, I couldn't of asked for a nicer sales women she has gone above and beyond for the both of us in regards to delivering my car to my home on her day off and picking up my car when I had a fault with it also on her day off. She seems like she cares a lot about your customers and ensures us that what ever we need we know we can be put at ease that she will sort anything out whether she is actually working or on her day off. She is an absolute credit to your company and I know that I'll be staying with ford for a long time as this is my first car and I there is no reason for me to go else where. A great big thank you to ford Bolton and in particular the girl who dealt with me, also she deserves some serious recognition for all the hard work she does(that's just my opinion but I hope you agree)
