I should just like to thank you so much for the service you gave me when buying my car. You couldn't have been more helpful at a time when I was worrying about whether I was doing the right thing. You kept in touch at each stage before I collected the car, let me know about the clutch you replaced and generally coped with heaps of paperwork I was expecting to have to do for myself, eg Road Tax and log book, MOT, finance etc. Everything, including all the paperwork, was ready on the dot for when I collected the car, as promised.

I want to pass my thanks to all your team who dealth with me (and my car) over the last week. The was in to have a fault investigated and from my initial call, dropping the car to you, follow-up discussion and even a surprise drop-off of the car back to me when I was delayed picking it up, every one I dealt with demonstrated exemplary customer service. The sales representative's are genuine, helpful, honest and take the professionalism very serious so that they deliversa high quality service to the customers. Just want to send a big thanks for great service. The job's been done perfectly, but it's a whole heap of extra things that I didn't realise you'd done when I first collected the van. Washed and hoovered. Health check. And a sheet of cardboard under the old wheels to protect the carpet in the back of the van. And you've fixed the squeaky door.

Recently purchased Ford Fiesta Titanium. The salesman i would give him 10/10 for all his help and professionalism.
