I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley at Bristol Street Motors Crewe when I bought my car in for a Service. He is a highly engaged employee with an excellent understanding of customer engagement.

In a time where complaints and criticism would appear to be the norm I thought it was worth mentioning the excellent customer service afforded to me whilst purchasing a second hand vehicle from Bristol Street Motors Crewe Ford.

I am far from the easiest person to deal with but both Laurie and Dave were very patient and accommodating at all times. Their attention to detail was first class and my experience of buying a car was enjoyable rather than being tedious.

I just want to say many thanks to services department on their professional manor from start to finish when servicing my car. I have had many company cars all different makes and dealt with many servicing departments over the years, I have got to say that Bristol Street Motors Ford in Crewe are the best ones so far. I have recommended to my family and friends to take their cars their which is competently priced for servicing and i will take my car their again.

I have had two experiences with the spares department in Crewe and both times I received an excellent service. One lad in particular was really helpful, that help me with my wing mirror. The names we were given as a whole for the Department are: Ian and James There help was extremely appreciated.

I have also just had my car serviced and again we received excellent care by the Service Department. The names of the Service Advisors are: Ashley and Matt.

Once again I would like to offer my sincere thank you to both Departments. If you could please inform them I have contacted you regarding the excellent services we received I would appreciate it.

The Service Manager Jamie resolved my problem very professionally, keeping me fully informed as to the progress of the repair at all times. The part was fitted and exactly within the time estimate given. The new part works perfectly.
