the service department is always friendly & informative. Work done on time & to required standard. My only issue is getting calls on my mobile & home land-line requesting feedback - please stop this. If you want feedback, send me an email request.

The sales executive took the time and trouble to understand my needs and requirements, and was never pushy but allowed me to make my own decisions. He was unfailingly pleasant and polite and really made me feel that he was working on my behalf.
