Thanks to the Service Adviser at Bristol Street Kings Norton Ford for sorting out my car. I've driven her mad and she's been a STAR!!

I visit Ford Kings Norton service dept with both my work vehicle and my own vehicle. This time it was my works van, a zenith lease vehicle. I'm usually greeted by a very friendly service adviser who is always smiling and always happy to help. Please pass on my regards to her personally as I forgot to do so when I collected my vehicle Friday 23rd January.

This was my second visit since purchasing my car this year I can honestly say what a great group of staff you have working here. They are very polite helpful, had a lot of time for me and I can honestly say in the future I will be looking at getting my new Focus from you. Keep up the good work!

Had a recent service, not only did the service desk fit me in but the collection and returns driver went out of his way to get my car to Bristol Street Motors Kings norton from my work place even though he had a very busy schedule, a huge thank you for going over and above his work remit. As for the job itself this was completed quickly. A big thank you to all involved in doing so.

We have just returned home after picking up our new used car from the Bristol Street Motors Ford Kings Norton branch and we feel we must send praise to you. Last weekend we visited a number of manufacturers and walked away because of lack of interaction or service. We stopped by Ford and was approached by the sales executive who was not pushy, left us to it and treated us like long lost friends. He listened and understood what we wanted and didn't give up on us. Hence why the next day we went back and purchased a car from him. I will be looking for another car in the new year and I will most certainly be going back to the same sales executive to help me out. Well done. He is a credit to the company and just shows what great customer service can do.
