Whilst a good job was done on my car I would like to sing the praises of the Service Advisor at Ford Bristol Street Motors (Shirley - Solihull who greeted me. Firstly, I brought my car in at 8:30am to be met by a smile and a good welcome (which at 8:30am is good going and she had already seen 9 customers!!). Her help, guidance and advice was imparted in understandable and friendly way - much appreciated, thank you.
