Your Sales Executive was polite and helpful and had a lovely sense of humour. I felt immediately comfortable in his presence and did not feel defensive or intimidated which I had felt at other main dealerships.I thought that your Sales Executive was very knowledgeable in his area of business and specifically listened to what I wanted in a new car and also what would fit my lifestyle. We tried a couple of models out before I decided on the Focus which I subsequently bought. I felt that the whole experience of buying the car was a pleasant one.People are often quick to complain about poor service and slow to commend excellent service and it is for this reason that I wanted to highlight the excellent work and the personable staff that you have working in Bristol Street, Shirley.

I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Bristol Street Motors, Shirley. I took my car in at 9am to the service department for attention to a mirror malfunction. I received a call at 11.30 from the department to say the car was ready for collection. A fast, efficient courteous result without any fuss
