I recently collected my new Titanium X Fiesta in Candy Blue and Jon was my Salesman. I have had my car a week now and I just wanted to contact you to let you know how much I love it and also what a fantastic experience I received from Bristol Street Motors.

I came to the Ford Event and Jon showed me the Fiestas and took me for a test drive. It was his honest and approachable manner that made me buy the car from yourselves. Jon listened to what I wanted and I ended up upgrading to a better engine on his advice (I have the 125 bhp). He was very patient with my questions (and there were hundreds of them) and he returned every call I made to him.

I have recently had my car fully serviced at Bristol Street Motors Stafford. Thank you to Mandy on reception, who responded very quickly and effiently. I was extremely pleased with the service and I have already informed my colleagues and friends of such good service.

I arrived at Bristol Street Motors Ford Stafford with a broken door mirror and the Receptionist called a Parts Advisor who inspected the vehicle. Reception said they could do the repair that day so I left the car with them. The service was first rate, the price was as quoted and the vehicle had been cleaned inside and out. The staff pulled out all the stops, can not praise them more highly.
