Having bought a car and which i serviced at Bristol Street Motors Ford Stafford, i would like to mention my thanks to the staff there and especially to the service receptionist Sam. She was cheerful, efficent and made the visit pleasant.

Brilliant service as usual!

I was contacted prior to my service date and agreed a date to suit my diary. I received a text once a slot had been confirmed for the service. I dropped the car off and was telephoned once it was completed. Upon collection, I was advised by Sam exactly what had been done in the service and was also advised what potential issues had been identified. Very efficient service which I would recommend.

I just wanted to lest you know how happy I have been with the service I received from your department when I took my car in for its first service.
I decided to return to Bristol Street Motors because of the friendly service I had received at the sales office when I bought the car a year ago. I just wanted to thank you for your efforts to overcome a potential disagreement that we had regarding a part to the car which needed replacing. You explained that it was not covered by the guarantee and so I decided not to have the part replaced. I was delighted when a few minutes later you rang back having spoken to colleagues with the news that Bristol Street was prepared to do the job gratis.

The Sales Executive were very flexible and conscientious by coming in on their day off so I could have the car on a specific day, and showed great patience on showing me how all the interior buttons worked. His knowledge of the car was extensive. Thanks once again.

The service I received was 1st class the service adviser was polite,efficient and very processional and went above and beyond to help and would i would recommend this service to others. I would also like to praise the technician in diagnosing the fault in double quick time.

I am in the process of deciding on my next company car. I arranged a test drive of the new Focus and Grand C-Max for this morning. I had already been into the dealership last weekend to look over the vehicles. One of your new car Sales Executives looked after me. As a result of his excellent customer service skills, knowledge and general attitude I have decided to place an order for a Grand C-Max through my company. I have no control over where the order is placed but will recommend your company. All future servicing will be placed with your company.
