I came to Ford at Stoke because I was looking to change my current car. I wanted a Ford Fiesta as it was my first choice for being economical and low cost insurance. I was greeted by a Sales Executive, I explained what I needed and what I could afford. The sales exec did his best to help me with my needs, he was very helpful and understanding, he even helped me to do my insurance on line as I'm not technologically minded. I bought a white Fiesta which is what I wanted. He was amazing, very helpful and I felt like I have made a friend, excellent customer service and I shall certainly recommend to anyone I know who wants to purchase a car.
