A couple of weeks ago I started to look for a used car and initially submitted a request via your main office in Gateshead. Excellent response from them and, having been contacted by the Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke branch I subsequently purchased a Mondeo Estate with the very capable help from the staff there. Thank you, it was such an easy decision to make for me. I actually bought the car with the sales executive's assistance and never during the 'sales process' did I feel that he was trying to sell me a car.

I purchased my new ka and love it!! The sales executive is a credit to your company and looked after me, a few garages I went to were very pushy and didn't listen to what I wanted. But I told him exactly what I wanted and my budget and he delivered . Highly recommended to my friends and family.
