I'd just like to say a HUGE thankyou to the Service Advisor who arranged my MOT. What a great member of staff you have there, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. If you could pass on my thanks for their help over the last few days I'd be very grateful.

The staff at the dealership were outstanding in their support and in getting the problem resolved. I wanted to pass on my compliments on the level of customer care offered by the dealership in Macclesfield. This is the first car I have bought from them, but I will definitely be back.

Just a short note to express how happy we are with the service we received from Bristol Street Motors in Macclesfield. We are looking for a replacement vehicle which would be suitable for my partner who has a muscle wastage disease. The Team were knowledgeable about your products, friendly at every stage and extremely patient with our requests to see different cares and us making our decision. We are now proud owners of a 5 year old Ford C Max and we are extremely happy with the car. Buying a new car is not an easy process for us but their service was friendly and helpful attitude was key to us buying a car at Bristol Street.

I had a very positive experience at Bristol Street Motors. We decided to try and down size our car as we are getting older, your Salesman went through a lot of trouble explaining obvious differences, nothing was too much trouble for him. We chose the Fiesta but I didn't like it at all (after having a Focus). We went back the following day and spoke to the manager and asked if we could exchange it back to a Focus. I'd expected problems, however both the manager and the salesman were very kind and most helpful, we are now very happy with our Focus. Thank you for the continued friendly and exceptional service we are used to since we moved to this area, we have used the same supplier and would not go anywhere else.

Everything was made so easy and they always look for the best possible deal to suit you, i love the care and genuine approach from Daniel and Tony. What a great dealership and i would strongly recommend them to everyone.
