Citroen to debut new C1 and C4 Cactus at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Citroen is to debut new versions of its C1 and C4 at the Goodwood Festival of Speed later this month, which are the latest additions to the company's "revitalised range".

The latest C1 has been dubbed as "an upbeat response" to urban living in the modern world – with its "cheery personality" and technological offerings, it certainly achieves this.

There are multiple versions available – three-door and five-door; in hatchback; or as an open-top known as Airscape.

As for the new Cactus, Citroen says the "concept car" aesthetic and customisable options make it extremely appealing and it is a "bold response" to the demands of today's busy commuter.

"Powered by the latest generation PureTech and BlueHDi engines, fuel economy is up to 91.1mpg with CO2 emissions from just 82g/km and overall running costs 20 per cent lower than the benchmark in the compact hatchback segment," it added.

Visitors to the Goodwood Festival of Speed will be able to experience Citroen's new Airbump technology, which protects your car from "the little bumps and scratches of everyday life".ADNFCR-3205-ID-801727882-ADNFCR
