I just wanted to send my thanks and compliment the members of your team whom worked on my car recently.

I left my Ford Fiesta at your garage to have two new front tyres replaced. The tyres that have been put onto my car have made a massive difference and although I'm no expert on tyres, can see that they are good quality and I can see a noticeable difference when driving into work this morning.

When I picked my car up last night after work I was really pleased and very impressed with how my car had been looked after. It was absolutely spotless inside and out.
It was clear to see that who had carried out the job, had taken great care and effort and done a great job, it made my day.

On one occasion when we called in to the showroom, Sam was unavailable so Michael helped us with our enquiries and he also provided us with great service. I would like to say a big thank you for outstanding customer service on my car which was serviced at Bristol Street Motors at Stoke On Trent. I would like to say that I am completely satisfield with the work which was carried out on my car and also for how very quick I got my car back .

I took my Ford C-Max in for its first service at Trentham Lakes and waited for it ,the staff greeted me and booked my car in and offered a drink and were very polite and helpful and the car was handed back to me washed and clean.The service was very good indeed, and the the follow up telephone call next day was very much appreciated.

Many thanks for the effort the team put in this week to ensure that my car was repaired in the agreed time frame.

Got to say Paul was excellent and very professional. Thanks to a truly honest, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant car salesman who at no time made me feel uncomfortable and made the whole experience really comfortable.

I would like to comment on the positive recent sales experience my husband and I had at Bristol St Motors Ford Stoke. We booked a test drive of the new Fiesta TDi with salesman. We were impressed by the choice of vehicle but also felt that he gave us the relevant information and we were asked about our specific preferences to enable us to select the correct model and extras. We were offered a attractive finance package and overall the sales experience was positive. I personally felt that he was professional throughout and there was no element of pressure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him and the other staff at Bristol Motors for their professional and courteous service which enabled me to make the correct choice of car which I am very pleased with and will therefore ensure I bring my car for servicing at this dealership.

I have not used a Ford main dealer for approximately 10 years, and I have to say your current level of customer service is absolutely light years ahead of what would of been Diabolus Horribilus ex Machina at my local Ford dealer at that time, nearly a decade ago. You should be proud of providing such an exemplary service & staff, you are a great credit to both Ford & the city of Stoke on Trent.
