I recently purchased my first vehicle on finance from your store in Stoke on Trent. The service I received was fantastic. The Sales Executive was very helpful, patient and went out of his way to help me or answer any questions I had. He wasn't pushy at all. From helping me on the phone to arrange a visit, to completing the sale, everything was straight forward and easy. People are always quick to complain, but rarely take the time to compliment. Your Sales Executive explained the whole process to us and was very patient, at no time did we ever feel that he wanted to move onto a deal with someone else, he never rushed us and we felt that we had a personal service from him.
When our car arrived he went trough all we needed to know and took the time to show us the car and how to work all the gadgets in it.
