New M�gane Renaultsport versions unveiled
Renault has unveiled two updated versions of the popular Renault Megane Renaultsport for the model year 2016.
Named the M�gane Renaultsport 275 Cup-S, the first of the two new models will appeal to hot hatch enthusiasts, with a top speed of 158mph, and 0 62mph acceleration in 6 seconds.
The second of the new models is the M�gane Renaultsport 275 Nav, which replaces the outgoing 265.
Both of the new models profit from a powerful Renaultsport-developed 2.0-litre, 275hp turbocharged engine. This is the same engine as found in the 275 Trophy-R, which holds the lap record for a front-wheel-drive production car around the N�rburgring Nordschleife, completing the 13-mile track in a time of 7:54:36 in June 2014.
The two new models boast a number of race-inspired features, such as the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres on the 275 Cup-S and the Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres on the 275 Nav.
Both models are available to order now, with deliveries commencing in November.
