With regard to my recent purchase of a Ford Focus, I would like to appraise the Salesmam for his personal service. It is the first time I have purchased a used car for such a long time and the days of pressure sales look like it is a thing of the past, which can only be good thing. My car number plates were stolen and I didn't realise the service dept had move from the Stratford rd to Cranmore Boulevard and caught a taxi there. The advisor there arranged for another advisor to drive me down to Cranmore, they made me a cup of tea whilst my new plates were made. He then very kindly dropped me back home. I took my car in for an issue regarding a TPMS warning light being displayed. Even though the root cause ended up being damage caused by a back street tyre repair the advice and guidance given was invaluable in resolving the original issue. I was very impressed with the customer care and even went away with a washed car! Well done and thanks to all the team!
