2 weeks ago I brought a car from yourself and it was delivered on Friday. I just wanted to say that the Sales Executive that dealt with me was excellent. One thing I can not stand is pushy sales execs and they were not pushy at all. They were friendly and very professional. Can you please pass my review on to them, I will certainly be recommending you to others.

Due to the approach of your sales person we bought 2 cars from you, we had been to 2 other dealerships before we came to yourselves, as soon as they noticed we had made eye contact with them they asked if they could help and put their phone down. When we mentioned that my wife was having difficulty on days getting into our car they went out of their way to find a car that she both liked and was able to get in and out with ease. Even bringing different cars around for her to look at, based on how they seems to care for what the customer wants and needs we bought the above car then, due purely to their approach i decided to purchase a mustang (VE69CXL) from you as well. Again I set the challenge and the Sales Executive rose to the occasion and after a good hour searching they got me the mustang that we wanted. Its not often I find a sales person taking this much time and effort to please the customer. I run a fleet of 25 motors so speak to a lot of sales people and this is the 1st time we actually felt valued they are a credit to your sales team as they do put the customer first, please can you pass our thanks on to them.

The Sales Exec offered a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable approach and I didn't feel pressured in any way.
